dikala aku menunggang moto di waktu malam

tepat 5.30 p.m ako menekan starter skooter ako untuk menghidupkn enjin nouvo ku....
ako melangut ke langit melihat awan yg semakin menghitam....
otak ako masih rungsing tertekan benggang akibat xdpt berjumpe ngan AMIRA....
malas melayan perasaan...ako membayangkn parents ako sedang menungguku dirumah....
ako segera memulas pedal minyak skooter ku....
nouvo PJB 1761 meluncur laju meninggalkan bertam yg agak hambar petang itu....
titisan hujan terasa di tangan ku.....hati ku bergolak lagi(laptop ako dlm beg...rosak kang) nouvo ku meluncur selaju mungkin.....hatiku gumbira sbb sempat smpai berteduh di sp.....jam ku berdetik tepat pkol 6 ptg....ako parking skooter ku lalu menekan alarm....langkah ku dilajukn sbb air hujan kian mencurah2....(mamat teh tarik satu) tuh jer yg mampu ako order....duit ako tinggal sen jer time tuh....minute berganti jam....sedar2 dah 2jam ako kt kedai mamak tuh....ako melihat langit yg sudah kehabisan air utk menyiram ke bumi.....tepat 8.30 ako memecut skooter ku meluncur di atas jln raya.....bnyk btol kereta mlm nie hati ako menolog....ako yg berhelmetkn MS yg xde visor nie di gayakn dengan spec mata ku kelihatan klaka skali....dlm hati ku berkata...amira da ader....xyah nk ngorat gurl laen...klaka pn klaka la...amira bkn nampak pown....huhuhuhu....sambil mendengar lagu....ako terasa tenang skali menunggu skooter ako kali nie...sedar2 ako sudah hampir smpai dirumah ku......jln kian suram malam ini...(jln kampung)hati ku berbicara......smpai diselekoh tajam yg ada kubur....tetibe skooter ku menjadi berat.....hatiku gusar.....otak ku pantas mencari ayat-ayat suci AL-QURAN...motor neuron ako pantas menghantar maklumat melalui central nervous system ke mulot ku....berkumit-kumit bibir ku membaca nya......5minit kemudian skooter ku kembali meluncur seperti biasa....teringt pesam mak....kalo pape jd kt jln...singgah mane2 dlu...jgn tros blk umah.....ako segera berhenti membeli top up di kedai mahmud....jam sudah menunjuk kn pkol 10 mlm....skooter ku dihidupkn semula....tanpa melihat ke kiri dan kanan...ako memecut skooter ku pulang ke rumah....otak ku hanya memikirkn katil...katil...katil...penat skali....n plng penting ako nk salam parents ako......smpai jgk akhirnya....syukur....ako mandi....segera mencapai handphone ku....jari ku pantas mendail no phone AMIRA.....tepat pkol 3 mata ako terlelap sendiri...sorie syg...i tertidur...hehee

What is appendicitis and what causes appendicitis?

Appendicitis means inflammation of the appendix. It is thought that appendicitis begins when the opening from the appendix into the cecum becomes blocked. The blockage may be due to a build-up of thick mucus within the appendix or to stool that enters the appendix from the cecum. The mucus or stool hardens, becomes rock-like, and blocks the opening. This rock is called a fecalith (literally, a rock of stool). At other times, the lymphatic tissue in the appendix may swell and block the appendix. After the blockage occurs, bacteria which normally are found within the appendix begin to invade (infect) the wall of the appendix. The body responds to the invasion by mounting an attack on the bacteria, an attack called inflammation. An alternative theory for the cause of appendicitis is an initial rupture of the appendix followed by spread of bacteria outside the appendix.. The cause of such a rupture is unclear, but it may relate to changes that occur in the lymphatic tissue, for example, inflammation, that line the wall of the appendix.)

If the inflammation and infection spread through the wall of the appendix, the appendix can rupture. After rupture, infection can spread throughout the abdomen; however, it usually is confined to a small area surrounding the appendix (forming a peri-appendiceal abscess).

Sometimes, the body is successful in containing ("healing") the appendicitis without surgical treatment if the infection and accompanying inflammation do not spread throughout the abdomen. The inflammation, pain and symptoms may disappear. This is particularly true in elderly patients and when antibiotics are used. The patients then may come to the doctor long after the episode of appendicitis with a lump or a mass in the right lower abdomen that is due to the scarring that occurs during healing. This lump might raise the suspicion of cancer

The appendix averages 10 cm in length, but can range from 2 to 20 cm. The diameter of the appendix is usually between 7 and 8 mm.The appendix is located in the lower right quadrant of the abdomen.Given the appendix's propensity to cause death via infection, and the general good health of people who have had their appendix removed or who have a congenital absence of an appendix, the appendix is traditionally thought to have no function in the human body. There have been no reports of impaired immune or gastrointestinal function in people without an appendix.Loren G. Martin, a professor of physiology at Oklahoma State University, argues that the appendix has a function in fetuses and adults.^[5] Endocrine cells have been found in the appendix of 11 week old fetuses that contribute to "biological control (homeostatic) mechanisms." In adults, Martin argues that the appendix acts as a lymphatic organ. The appendix is experimentally verified as being rich in infection-fighting lymphoid cells, suggesting that it might play a role in the immune system. Zahid^[6] suggests that it plays a role in both manufacturing hormones in fetal development as well as functioning to 'train' the immune system, exposing the body to antigens in order that it can produce antibodies. He notes that doctors in the last decade have stopped removing the appendix during other surgical procedures as a routine precaution, because it can be successfully transplanted into the urinary tract to rebuild a sphincter muscle and reconstruct a functional bladder.
